Metrics, logs, traces, Lambda and real-user monitoring in one view, on the same platform as your cost and security.

Sherpa Observability brings metrics, logs, traces, Lambda performance and real-user monitoring into one view inside Sherpa, an AI platform for AWS, next to the cost and security of the same resources. Teams choose CloudWatch collection per service: off, daily or real-time. Daily collection is included and real-time collection is a paid add-on; CloudWatch charges are billed to the company's own AWS account, and Sherpa shows the estimated cost of each setting before it is turned on. Applications can send traces, metrics and logs with OpenTelemetry or ADOT. For Lambda, Sherpa shows invocations, errors, and average and p95 duration per function, and Automate writes a plan to find and fix the cause of a slow or failing service.
