What happens after we spot a problem?
Cost and security dashboards surface the top findings and link to the full list and remediation plans in Automate; inventory and performance findings have their own lists there. Ask about anything you see in the chat panel available on every page. Sherpa never applies a fix; your team does.

Can we export the data?
Cost and container views, along with Savings Plans coverage and utilization, download as CSV for your own finance reporting.
Do the dashboards cover all our accounts?
Yes, for the accounts in your AWS organization that Sherpa connects to, with filters by account and region.
Do we need observability turned on?
Only for the observability dashboard. Cost, security and inventory dashboards don't depend on it; they fill in once your first data arrives, usually within 48 hours of connecting.
